The Role

As a Project Management Tutor, you ll deliver high-quality, engaging training to adult learners enrolled on Level 3 Skills Bootcamps in Project Management. You ll play a key role in supporting learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve new qualifications, gain confidence, and progress into sustainable project‑based roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging and interactive virtual and classroom sessions to adult learners.
  • Bringing real‑world project management principles to life through practical, scenario‑based learning.
  • Supporting learners remotely and attending the Newcastle office once or twice per month.
  • Tracking learner progress and providing one‑to‑one support to ensure completion and achievement.
  • Embedding employability, communication, and transferable skills throughout delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality, compliance, and excellent learner outcomes.

This is a full‑time, permanent position offering flexibility and a supportive remote delivery model.

Ideal Candidate

We re looking for a passionate educator or industry professional who wants to make a genuine impact through teaching. You ll combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

You ll bring:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
  • A PRINCE2 qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience delivering project management training, ideally within Skills Bootcamps or funded learning programmes.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and inspire adult learners.
  • A proactive, learner‑focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
Desirable
  • Experience in curriculum development or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with government‑funded training delivery and compliance requirements.
