A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to sell steel products in South West England and South Wales. The role requires a proven track record in construction sales, ideally with steel, and excellent relationship building skills. The position offers a competitive salary from £30,000 to £45,000 plus commission, company car, and various benefits including pension and healthcare.

- Sell the company's steel products throughout the South West & South Wales.
- Manage existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.

- £30,000‑£45,000 Basic Salary
- Up to 30% commission (paid quarterly)

As the Regional Sales Manager you'll be selling the company's steel throughout the South West & South Wales.
You'll be selling into fabricating contractors and cladding contractors, whilst also calling on structural & consulting engineers, conducting CPD's.
A key part of the role is ensuring existing customers are managed, whilst also seeking to win new business.
In addition, you will be managing several projects at various stages e.g design or tender.
As Regional Sales Manager you will be reading drawings and interpreting them.
- Will have a proven track record in construction sales. Steel is desirable but not essential.
- Be self‑motivated to hit sales targets and work as part of a team.
- Have a professional manner and have strong relationship building skills.
- Good time management skills to ensure the territory is managed effectively.

- Have a full driving licence and be IT literate.
