I am seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Consultant to join a dynamic digital transformation team for a leading enterprise client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact ServiceNow Customer Service Management implementation, helping to streamline customer operations and enhance service delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize and extend ServiceNow applications and portals using best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow CSM with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and ServiceNow platform standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with ITSM, Case Management, and Customer Workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (preferred).
