Job summary
Avery Healthcare is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. They are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chef de Partie to join their award-winning team. The role involves supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver a high-quality culinary service that contributes to the overall wellbeing of the residents.
Main duties of the jobAs a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include preparing nutritious and delicious meals, maintaining cost-effective stock control systems, and collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and review the menu. You will also participate in meetings with residents and department heads to address special dietary requirements. To be successful, you must hold a catering qualification, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and have at least 1 year of catering experience. You should demonstrate compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to providing exceptional culinary services to the residents.
