A regional health organization in Scotland is hiring a Family Nurse for its Family Nurse Partnership in Moray. The role involves providing voluntary home visits to eligible first-time mothers and care-experienced women, while also undertaking mandatory training. Strong communication and community engagement skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a nursing or midwifery background and a desire to improve health outcomes for families. Qualifications
- Extensive practice experience of home visiting, working with families and young people in the community.
- Working knowledge of national and local policies to protect children including GIRFEC.
Responsabilités
- Providing intense, voluntary home visiting service to eligible first-time mothers and care-experienced women.
- Undertaking mandatory training and an opportunity for a masters level Professional Diploma in Family Nursing.
