Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing high-quality food
• Overseeing menu changes
• Improving food services
• Acting on customer feedback
• Creating new menus and concepts
• Representing Chartwells
• Monitoring inventories
• Maintaining hygiene standards
• Complying with food safety regulations

Our ideal Sous Chef will:

• Be passionate about food and service
• Hold relevant qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ)
• Have supervisory experience
• Have chef experience
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
• Be flexible in working hours
