Description
- Drafting and preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documentation
- Assisting with probate applications and estate administration
- Supporting fee earners with tax planning and compliance matters
- Conducting legal research and preparing client communications
- Liaising with clients, HMRC, and third-party advisors
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
Profile
- Prior experience in a private client or wealth management legal team is preferred
- Strong academic background in law (LPC or equivalent desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters
