Job Description
  • Handle a full range of employment tribunal litigation, including advocacy at preliminary hearings.
  • Advise senior HR professionals and in‑house counsel on employee relations issues.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, HR policies, and directors' service agreements.
  • Act for high‑net‑worth individuals on service agreements, team moves, and termination arrangements.
  • Provide UK employment law advice to international clients and coordinate multi‑jurisdictional projects.
  • Support corporate transactions as the sole employment specialist.
The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified solicitor status with practical experience in employment law.
  • Experience in tribunal litigation, HR advisory work, and corporate transactional support.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to lead negotiations and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with proven or potential business development skills.
