Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the company's network. Develop and maintain market relationships in the UK for optical fibre products.
  • Identify and engage key customers, focusing on telecom companies.
  • Promote advanced optical solutions such as HCF, MCF, and rollable cables.
  • Lead business discussions, pricing negotiations, sample coordination, and contract processes.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams at headquarters for project qualification and technology introduction.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Product, and Operations teams to support regional strategy and account development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Graduate Sales Executive should have:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in technology or science.
  • Has 1+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in any field.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and is goal-oriented and self-driven.
  • Is fluent in English, with Chinese language skills considered a strong advantage.
