Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Human Resources professional to partner with management and provide effective people solutions. This 3-month FTC role requires expertise in employee relations and HR best practices. You'll support managers, lead on employee relations cases, and promote a positive workplace culture. Flexible work arrangement includes 3 days on-site near Epsom and 2 days from home.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in human resources, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge with hands-on case management skills.
  • Confident in advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Experience supporting change, projects, and process improvements.
  • Passionate about culture, engagement, and people development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with directors and managers to deliver effective people solutions.

  • Lead on employee relations cases including performance and conduct.
  • Manage disciplinary, grievance, and attendance processes end-to-end.
  • Support managers with sickness management and return-to-work processes.
  • Promote engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to organisational change initiatives and people projects.
  • Support HR systems development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Work with reward and insights to support gender pay reporting.
