A leading global real estate firm is seeking a Transaction Manager to manage all aspects of real estate transactions. You will be responsible for executing transaction strategies aligned with client objectives and ensuring compliance with policies. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in real estate transactions, a strong client service focus, and the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels. This position is based on-site in London and offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams.
The Transaction Manager serves as an embedded in-house resource working directly at the client's location, responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions while representing both client interests and maintaining service excellence standards. Working closely with internal client stakeholders and external brokers, the role is to ensure timely, compliant, and value-driven execution of real estate strategies that support the client’s operational and financial objectives. This role requires a strategic approach to transaction management with a strong emphasis on relationship building and client advocacy.
