We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-drivenCommis Sommelierto join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticCommis Sommelierto join our award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in wine service, working alongside experienced sommeliers and hospitality professionals in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.

What you will do:

• Assist with wine service during lunch and dinner.

• Prepare and maintain wine stations and tools.

• Support cellar management, including stock rotation, inventory, and deliveries

• Learn and grow your wine knowledge through tastings, training, and mentorship

• Engage with guests to provide thoughtful recommendations and enhance their dining experience

• Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Commis Sommelier.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Immaculate personal presentation and a passion for hospitality.

• WSET level 2 preferred, or studying towards

• All applicants must hold the right to work in the UK.

Schedule and hours:

• This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

• Wine service is both lunch and dinner, 7 days a week

• Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
