Job summary

A premier luxury hotel in Greater London is seeking a Sales Manager to enhance revenue through strategic market management. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, focusing on building client relationships and securing new business opportunities. Qualifications

About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.
What you will do:
  • Manage assigned market segments and geographic regions to maximise revenue
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Events teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Analyse market trends and prepare reports to support strategic decisions
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
What you bring:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience within the luxury hospitality segment
  • Experience managing and proactively selling groups from the US market is preferred
  • Proven track record in sales and business travel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills
