Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing retail team
  • Drive sales performance through strong follow‑up on KPIs
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support development and performance
  • Inspire and engage the team to consistently achieve targets
  • Maintain konte a strong and visible presence on the shop floor
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand
  • Confident and experienced in using CRM systems to maintain client relationships
