Qualifikationen
- Experience of Home Connections is desirable.
- Ability to drive is preferred but not essential.
Aufgaben
- Provide tenancy sustainment service to tenants and landlords at risk of homelessness.
- Assist tenants and landlords with rent payments related to welfare benefit changes.
- Develop relationships with private landlords to ensure housing supply.
- Source suitable private lettings for the Council's homelessness duty.
- Work with the Housing Options Team on Rent in Advance and Deposit Guarantee Scheme.
- Investigate claims against Deposit Guarantees.
