• Experience of Home Connections is desirable.
• Ability to drive is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenancy sustainment service to tenants and landlords at risk of homelessness.
• Assist tenants and landlords with rent payments related to welfare benefit changes.
• Develop relationships with private landlords to ensure housing supply.
• Source suitable private lettings for the Council's homelessness duty.
• Work with the Housing Options Team on Rent in Advance and Deposit Guarantee Scheme.
• Investigate claims against Deposit Guarantees.
