About the Role

As an ICT Help Desk Technician, you will be the frontline support for our education customers, providing technical assistance via telephone, remote support, and site visits. You’ll play a crucial role in navigating the ever‑evolving ICT landscape, ensuring that users receive timely and effective solutions to their technical issues. Your expertise will help maintain a seamless educational experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first‑line remote support following pre‑defined processes to assist users with their ICT needs.
  • Utilise remote support tools to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide service desk support while working within a busy environment, prioritising workloads to meet peak demands.
  • Accurately update service desk software, specifically using Connectwise Manage.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and M365 products, including education‑specific applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain technical equipment as required.
