In this hybrid role, you'll handle support requests, work closely with the product team, and help ensure effective user experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience in cloud management, and previously supported software applications. Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting software applications in a business environment.
  • Experience with Azure cloud management.

  • Respond efficiently to all support queries via email, telephone and video conferencing.
  • Support SaaS applications at both the front end and back end.
