• Previous experience supporting software applications in a business environment.
• Experience with Azure cloud management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows hardware and M365 / O365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests and incidents reported by users.
• Respond efficiently to all support queries via email, telephone and video conferencing.
• Support SaaS applications at both the front end and back end.
