Job summary

A growing managed service provider in Luton is seeking a proactive 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to support internal staff and systems. This role provides a stepping stone for early-career IT professionals looking to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop/server environments, managing IT systems, and ensuring user support. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments and be able to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role.
  • Strong technical understanding of Windows 10 / 11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with users of all technical levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line support to internal users.
  • Administer and maintain core internal IT systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
