Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for staff and students.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and network systems.
• Support setup and maintenance of school IT equipment.

• Assist with monitoring network performance and resolving issues.
• Ensure IT rooms and equipment are secure and operational.
• Support rollout of new technologies and system upgrades.
• Maintain logs, inventories, and documentation.
