Within the Moorhouse Telco, Media and Technology (TMT) sector team, we help our clients to deliver complex transformations, deploy new infrastructure and networks, launch new products and services, and optimise operations. We work closely with all our Service Lines: Strategy & Customer, People & Change, AI, Digital, Data & Delivery, Performance Improvement, and Sustainability, to provide a full transformation offering to our clients.

Our expertise and experience have secured us places on many clients' consultancy frameworks; and as a result, we have been involved in some of the most significant transformation programmes across the TMT sector. For example, we have helped several telco operators deliver their fibre and mobile network rollout programmes, in media launching new over‑the‑top (OTT) platforms and delivery performance improvement in the tech sector. We are also recognised by the Financial Times as a leading telecommunications and technology consulting firm.

You will have a proven track record and will want the opportunity to further accelerate your TMT sector consulting career, with a focus on either the telco or media industry. It is essential that you can lead integrated consultant and client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts, as well as make a strong contribute to sales and business development. In addition, we will expect you to motivate, support and develop junior members of the Moorhouse team and play an active role in supporting the career development of a small group of colleagues.

You will be expected to contribute to a culture of sustainability and embrace Moorhouse's social responsibility by integrating responsible practices and upholding ethical standards and awareness in everyday work.

As a Manager you will have:

• 6 – 8 years' consulting experience in the sector, or 8 years' minimum experience of working within industry (Telco and/or Media) and wanting to move into Consulting;
• Experience working in the tech, telco and/or media sector with organisations like Vodafone, BT, Virgin Media O2, Three, Sky, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Disney;
• An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes, preferably across a wide range of expertise such as programme delivery, operating model design, digital transformation, product management, change management, service management, regulatory change, data management, AI or process improvement. This experience might be related to telco network rollout, over‑the‑top (OTT) platform/service deployment and product management, operational improvement or new product launch;
• A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues;
• Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders;
• Leading consultant or client delivery teams on client engagements or in‑house transformation teams; and
• Preferably a track record of contributing to sales and business development and a demonstrable network of relevant industry relationships.

• A total cash package of up to £110,000 comprising of a base salary of £82,005 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months;
