We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our leadership team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. This is a pivotal role, responsible for guiding the financial strategy of the hotel while safeguarding its assets and ensuring operational excellence.

What you will do
  • Lead all aspects of hotel financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Safeguard the hotel’s assets and ensure financial integrity across all departments
  • Provide clear, timely financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and management agreements
  • Develop and mentor the Finance team, fostering growth and succession planning
  • Collaborate with other department heads to support operational efficiency and strategic goals
  • Represent Finance in Executive Committee meetings and contribute to hotel‑wide decision‑making
The Director of Finance role
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally within luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving
  • A degree in Finance or Hospitality Management is preferred, though relevant experience is equally valued
  • A high level of integrity, attention to detail and strategic thinking
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
