Zusammenfassung
A flexible administration service in Greater London is seeking an experienced administrator for a three-month fixed-term position. The role requires high proficiency in business and financial language, as well as the ability to manage various administration tasks. Responsibilities include email monitoring, arranging meetings, and maintaining a prioritization system. The administrator must communicate effectively through online meetings and messaging systems to keep all tasks on track and priorities aligned.

Kenntnisse
We are looking for an experienced administrator with a high-level of proficiency in business and financial language.
The candidate must be able to work flexibly on a wide range of administration tasks, with discretion, speed and clarity of verbal and written communication. Email monitoring, arranging meetings and managing a responsive bring-forward and prioritisation system will be part of the remit.
Hours are flexible and variable. We envisage a set minimum number of hours per week (5 hours) to cover standard meetings and communications and a degree of variability in the additional hours over and above this.
A regular, focussed, online weekly meeting to take instructions and review progress and priorities would be important, with intelligent and responsive use of messaging systems and phone updates being the main means of communication.
The role is for an initial fixed period of three months while we test the pros and cons of this means of support.
