Job summary
A dynamic recruitment agency in Hoddesdon is seeking an experienced On-site Recruitment Consultant to manage all recruitment aspects at a busy client location. The role demands previous high volume recruitment experience and excellent multitasking skills. Candidates should be proactive, with strong communication skills. This full-time position includes varied shifts and potential additional hours during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an On-site Consultant in the Temporary Recruitment sector.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and multitask.
- Good IT and computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of recruitment, from attraction to onboarding.
- Maintain a pool of candidates and manage interviews.
- Complete compliance and referencing checks as per policy.
Skills
On-site Recruitment Consultant - Rye Park – £28-£31k per annum – Immediate Start
Nexus People are currently recruiting for an On-site Recruitment Consultant, to be based at their busy client location in Rye Park, Hoddesdon.
You must have previous experience as an On-site Consultant working in the Temporary Recruitment sector, and have previous experience within High Volume Hiring.
- Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding
- Managing interviews & assessments and proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates
- Completing all compliance & referencing checks, in line with company policy
- Remaining aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes to candidate activity
- Providing supply reports when required/requested
The suitable candidate will have the ability to work in a busy environment and will be able to multi-task and juggle a number of different projects all at once.
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts: 16:00 - 00:00, 18:00 - 02:00, 22:00 - 06:00
We are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. This is a full-time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods.

You will have excellent communication skills and your IT and Computer knowledge will be good too. You may be asked to be on call when out of the office, so the ability to deal with issues promptly and professionally is required.
