My client is a global executive search firm providing recruitment solutions to Finance, Technology and Data Science clients across the US, Europe and Asia, particularly those utilising quantitative and algorithmic methods in the financial markets.

They are looking for a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their collegiate Legal and Compliance team. This business is a company for adults who are self motivated and want to focus on recruitment, they have a dress down policy and a KPI free environment, the trendy offices host a friendly and relaxed environment,

As well as being a brilliant cultural experience, this is a great place for the ambitious, who are looking for hungry recruiters to join them on their journey, they have enjoyed 50% growth year on year in turnover. 50% of all work is secured via retained mandates with small and medium sized companies, of which 80% are based in North America or Asia.

The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 5 years’ experience within recruitment, my client are open on sector background but a background in Legal or Compliance will be viewed favourably. The successful hire will have a proven track record of billings and will be a self starter.
