About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Europe HR Leader who will report to CHRO in Turkey and will be responsible for HR processes for England, France, and Germany Offices.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across all three countries, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company culture.
  • Supervise onboarding processes, including offer documentation, orientation sessions, and integration plans for new hires.
  • Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts in compliance with country-specific labor regulations and keep employee records.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with public and government offices for HR-related matters in England, France, and Germany.
  • Work with payroll companies to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Provide necessary data on leaves, benefits, and employee changes, maintain records of employee leaves, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Oversee exit processes including offboarding, exit interviews, and final settlements.
  • Guide employee behavior, manage disciplinary actions, and lead internal investigations when necessary.
  • Work to increase employee engagement for each office.
  • Promote and support participation in Korozo Academy and other training programs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of office activities and operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams to manage office equipment and infrastructure.
  • Monitor invoicing and payment processes for HR and administrative related expenses.
  • Develop and implement necessary actions to address nonconformities that may arise in internal audit processes or customer audits.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR-related disciplines; Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in Human Resources functions.
  • Solid understanding of laws and regulations in England, France, and Germany.
  • Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong command of MS Office tools.
  • Outstanding communication and engagement abilities.
