Clear Consultancy is representing a fast growing recruitment business that is expanding its GTM desk across the UK and EU. This role will sit alongside a very successful US team that already has a strong reputation and a large pipeline of work. The company partners with high growth software and consultancy firms, often at the point they enter a hyper growth phase.

Average fee size is twenty four thousand pounds and C Suite assignments can reach eighty thousand pounds and above. There are live roles available immediately along with significant space to grow your own niche and progress into leadership.

The role

This position is ideal for someone with experience in GTM or Software recruitment who wants to step into a high growth environment. You will manage the full 360 process across UK and EU markets, develop relationships with high growth technology businesses, and work closely with both the UK and US teams to maximise opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end recruitment across GTM and Software roles
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Supporting clients during high growth and scale up phases
• Developing new business opportunities
• Growing your candidate network across UK and EU markets
• Working closely with the US team to share roles and insights
