- Supporting tenants to sustain their homes and improve their quality of life

- Building strong relationships with residents, partners, and community groups
- Carrying out home visits, safety checks, and providing expert housing advice
- Being the “go-to” person for your patch – visible, approachable, and proactive

- Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities
