• RICS qualification or experience in a building surveying role.
• Knowledge and experience of working with mixed tenure blocks.
• Knowledge of relevant Housing and H&S legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations on inspected repairs.
• Carry out Structural and Technical Repairs Inspections.
• Provide technical assistance on repairs-related matters.

Skills

RICS qualification or experience in a building surveying role

Knowledge/experience of building maintenance and repair management

Ability to survey properties and provide detailed schedules of work

Knowledge of relevant Housing and H&S legislation

Flexible approach to travel and working hours

Education

Ordinary or Higher National Certificate in building or related discipline
