Contract Manager - Social Housing (Refurbishment)
Location: Barnet, North London
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + package
Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in social housing refurbishment?
We're working with a leading contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works across North London who are looking for a driven and hands-on Contract Manager to join their team.
Oversee multiple refurbishment and planned works projects within social housing.
Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Control budgets, monitor progress, and ensure commercial targets are achieved.
Drive health & safety compliance and maintain excellent quality standards.
Proven experience as a Contract Manager within social housing.
Strong background in refurbishment and planned maintenance projects.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence (site-based travel required).
