Overview

Plumber — Richmond — Permanent Position

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level. We specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a plumber based in Richmond.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties.
  • Provide good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants.
  • Using a PDA (handheld device).
  • Look for multi-traders with core trade in either Carpentry or Plumbing or Brickwork.
Hours

36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
