Contract Manager - Social Housing (Refurbishment)
Location: Barnet, North London
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + package

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in social housing refurbishment?

We're working with a leading contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works across North London who are looking for a driven and hands-on Contract Manager to join their team.

The Role
  • Oversee multiple refurbishment and planned works projects within social housing.

  • Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Control budgets, monitor progress, and ensure commercial targets are achieved.

  • Drive health & safety compliance and maintain excellent quality standards.
