Rate: £25 per hour • Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri), long-term contract

Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied and void social housing properties.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
  • Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • ECS/JIB card (preferred)
  • Previous experience in social housing or domestic settings
  • Full UK driving licence (vehicle provided)
