Head of Planned Maintenance

Salary: £70,000 - £77,000   Location: SE London   Region: London

Long established building contractor with numerous contacts in the affordable / social housing market urgently requires a Planned Maintenance Manager.

The company has been delivering Planned Maintenance services to Housing Associations (HAs) and Registered Providers (RPs) for over a decade. The works typically involve roof replacements, window replacements, re-decking, cladding and FRA-type works.

The role is to head up the Planned Maintenance division. The successful candidate will need to have experience in tendering, contract management, commercial management, and the ability to liaise with clients while managing sub-contractors and directly employed staff.

It is vital the candidate has a background in response maintenance and preferably Planned Maintenance, running multiple contracts providing support to Housing Associations.

This is an exciting time to join this contractor as they are experiencing sustained growth attributed to winning new contracts. There will be room for progression, and the successful candidate will be able to recruit and build their team.
