Job Title: Hotel Duty Manager
Contract: Full time permanent
Salary: £28,269 per annum plus service charge + extensive benefits

We are searching for a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Hotel Duty Manager.

• Oversee daily hotel operations and act as Manager-on-Duty during assigned shifts.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Supervise front-of-house teams and support staff performance and training.
• Coordinate with all departments to maintain smooth, high-quality service.
• Conduct regular property checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and standards.
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and ensure proper reporting and handovers.

Providing world class service is at the heart of everything we do. You will have the ability to work to high standards and an excellent eye for detail. You must have previous experience within a food and beverage department.
