A Day in Your Neighbourhood
  • Lead the service: Take charge of your shift, ensuring the team delivers smooth, efficient and friendly service throughout.
  • Motivate the team: Support training and development of junior staff, helping to build confidence and keep standards high.
  • Own the details: Oversee table settings, reservation management, opening/closing procedures, and support with stock control.
