We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Host to join our team in the Cambridge offices of a client in the financial services industry.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries and will work closely with the firm’s staff and other service partners to provide the best possible customer service.
They should convey an attitude where no request is too big and no detail is too small, providing a friendly, welcoming environment while remaining security conscious. The ability to be discreet and anticipate guests’ needs is essential.
The role involves working closely with the regional facilities manager on general administration, handling catering requests for meeting rooms, and serving food and drinks.
We seek a friendly candidate passionate about service and detail-oriented. The candidate must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences, with strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to tasks. Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service is required.
