RN Assistant Nurse Manager — Special Care Nursery Leader

A higher education institution in Rochester is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical and operational needs of the Special Care Nursery. This 40 hour/week role requires 3+ years of recent RN experience and focuses on staff leadership, quality improvement, and patient care coordination. The position offers a pay range of $96,102.52 - $124,787.11 annually, with opportunities for nurse leadership development in a supportive environment.
Qualificações
- 3+ years recent RN expertise in an acute care setting.
- Licensed by New York State to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Provider).
Responsabilidades
- Support the clinical and operational needs of the Special Care Nursery.
- Provide leadership of nursing staff and manage operational processes.
- Participate in community and professional organizations.
