Job Title: Integration Specialist (Higher Education Systems)

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 2-3 Months (Initial Contract)

Areti is looking for an Integration Specialist to ensure seamless integration of various higher education systems, focusing on SITS and iTrent. You will leverage your expertise in APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange and system interoperability, contributing to the operational efficiency of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Integration: Lead the integration of SITS and iTrent systems, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
2. API Management: Develop, manage, and optimize APIs for seamless communication between systems.
3. Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for integration issues to minimize operational disruptions.
4. Collaboration: Work with IT, academic, and administrative teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, including technical specs and user guides.
6. Testing and Validation: Conduct testing to ensure reliability and performance of integration solutions.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for system integration.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Proven experience with system integration in higher education, specifically with SITS and iTrent.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in API development and management, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
3. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
4. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Documentation: Ability to create clear technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Relevant certifications in system integration or API management.
2. Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies.
