- Ensure cost control and profitability through effective supplier partnerships
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events Team to deliver memorable culinary and private dining experiences
- Maintain full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards

- Senior F&B management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or premium venue
- A strong operational leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality service while managing budgets and KPIs
- Commercially savvy – comfortable with forecasting, reporting, and driving revenue
- Familiarity with systems like HOTSoft or Volante (desirable)
- Up-to-date knowledge of current food trends and luxury service expectations
