Are you a Chef de Partie looking to refine your craft in a high-end, luxury hospitality environment? We are recruiting two exceptional Chef de Partie professionals to join our prestigious operation in Colnbrook, working 40 hours per week across 5 days out of 7. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and skilled chefs to join a prestigious, refined kitchen operation, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Running your own section to the highest Bár standards during preparation and service
• Delivering consistent excellence in food quality, presentation and portion control
• Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef in a luxury, detail-driven environment
• Supporting and mentoring junior chefs within the brigade
• Maintaining full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards
• Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste

Qualifications

• Contributing creative input during menu development and tastings
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef within luxury hotels, fine dining or high-end hospitality
• Confidence running a section independently in a quality-focused kitchen
• A passion for modern, seasonal cuisine and refined presentation
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A professional, positive and team‑oriented attitude
