A leading facilities management company in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance operations across a large industrial site. Responsibilities include leading a team, developing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ level 4 qualification and have strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills. This role offers extensive training and diverse opportunities.
To lead and supervise Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance operations across a large industrial site, ensuring all building systems are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. The M&E Supervisor will act as the LV Authorised Person (AP) for electrical systems, providing technical oversight, ensuring safe systems of work, and coordinating the maintenance team and contractors to deliver a high‑quality facilities management service.
