The Sales & Marketing Graduate Scheme is a 2‑year, job‑rotation based programme allowing you to work and contribute to different sales and marketing functions at Nissan. Over these two years, you will experience two very different job rotations that will give you a truly cross‑functional understanding of our functions within Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd. You could be placed in Aftersales, Sales, Marketing or Network Development & Customer Quality departments, to name a few.

Requirements
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK when the programme starts in September 2026.
  • At least a 2:1 Degree Qualification.
  • A minimum 1‑year work experience – we welcome both recent graduates and career changers returning to the workplace.
  • Comfortable to travel to Maple Cross, Hertfordshire for a hybrid working arrangement.
  • Ability to integrate, interact & work well within a team.
  • Great communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work within deadlines in a fast‑paced and pressurised environment.
  • Commercially focused and result orientated.
