Our Laundry Assistants ensure all residents’ personal clothing and linen are laundered to high standards:

• Separate and launder items according to instructions
• Launder linen including bedding, towels, and soft furnishings
• Collect and return personal items promptly
• Maintain a tidy and safe laundry area, reporting hazards or equipment issues
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors
