Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Lewes seeks agency relief Support Workers to provide personal care and assist clients with disabilities. Candidates must have NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and at least one year of experience. Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate.
- One year's experience of working with adults with physical & intellectual disabilities.
- Up to date Medicines Administration training.
- Up to date Safety Intervention training.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Requirements for this role to include:
