A leading food processing company in Cross Hands is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader. This role involves managing the Hygiene team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates must be able to work in cold conditions, understand basic chemistry, and ideally have experience in an Industrial Cleaning or Hygiene department. Effective communication skills in English and another language are essential. This position offers a chance to lead a vital team within a reputable organization.
Qualifications
- Must be able to speak English and another language due to team diversity.
- Understanding of basic chemistry necessary for handling chemicals.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in cold conditions.
Responsabilités
- Support the Hygiene team as a Team Leader.
- Ensure team efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and manage labor resources to meet daily targets.
