• NEBOSH or IOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a HSE Officer / Advisor role within manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site HSE lead, ensuring full compliance with UK health, safety & environmental legislation.
• Drive a positive safety culture across production and engineering teams.
• Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support management with risk assessments, method statements, and environmental controls.

Skills
