Qualifications

• Previous management/supervisor experience of working with large teams predominantly in Production/Manufacturing environments is essential.
• Working knowledge of H&S, IOSH is desirable.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO accreditations and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, motivate and manage the shift production activities.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards, policies and procedures are observed.
• Monitor and assist shift performance and disciplines.
