• Sourcing and purchasing goods and services to support Campus Commerce.
• Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, including performance reviews.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Supporting tender processes, supplier onboarding, and compliance checks.
• Maintaining supplier data, catalogues, and purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Analyzing purchasing data to support forecasting and operational planning.
• Acting as the main point of contact for purchasing queries across Campus Commerce.

You will also supervise an Administration Assistant and work collaboratively with Procurement colleagues, senior managers, and operational teams.

The role is based at the University of Reading Whiteknights campus, with possible hybrid working arrangements for up to 2 days a week working from home.
