Qualifications

• Experience operating within a customer centric environment.
• Strong understanding of transport compliance and WTD.
• Good communication skills with drivers and frontline employees.
• Experience in logistics/transport environments.
• Transport CPC is desirable.
• Knowledge of waste management facilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in service delivery management.
• Communicate with customers and allocate work dynamically.
• Complete debrief process and escalate necessary updates.
• Support drivers and act on identified issues.
